A Celebration of Gratitude ...

In daily life we must see that it is not happiness
that makes us grateful,
but gratefulness that makes us happy.

Br David Steindl-Rast

Hi everyone! It is no secret that one of the themes of this blog is gratitude, gratitude as a means of balancing and offsetting the compassion fatigue and chronic sorrow of caregiving, and gratitude as a core value in life.

So, imagine my pleasure in finding that  Sounds True, (the folk who offer recordings on music, health and healing, and spirituality that you find in many bookstores), and Gratefulness.org, (Br David Steindl-Rast and his worldwide network of folk "dedicated to gratefulness as the core inspiration for personal change, international cooperation, and sustainable activism in areas of universal concern"), are joining together to offer a FREE live video event from San Francisco on Saturday June 23rd.
